Functional Nutrition & Herbal Medicine For Rosacea
As a Functional Nutrition Practitioner, Skin Herbalist, Certified Advanced Transformative Coach, and someone who’s personally been on a rosacea healing journey, I’m equipped to work with clients in a unique capacity.
My approach – which is personalized and designed to support each of my clients’ bio-individuality – enables me to get to the root cause(s) that brings about skin inflammation.
Once we’ve pinpointed the possible root causes (emotional, physical, or environmental), we work to support the body back into balance, so it can heal itself.
The result? Clear, glowing skin.
5 Big Changes I Made To Heal Rosacea Naturally & Holistically
I know how frustrating it can be to try to pinpoint the root cause of a skin imbalance or to implement changes but not see progress.
Sometimes it feels like walking in the dark without a sense of direction with no clear path to the goal… #clearskin!
I’ve tried SO MANY THINGS to heal my skin in the last 2 years ($$$$) but it’s only in the last few months that I’ve been seeing a big improvement.
If I was to try and quantify it, I’d say that my skin has improved by 60%, maybe even 70% which is HUGE and awesome and reassuring.
I attribute these changes to a combination of things, 5 in particular that I’ll briefly share here… (For the full scoop feel free to watch the video on the Glow YouTube channel):
#1 I completely quit alcohol
#2 I removed all mercury fillings (The link between heavy metals in our blood and liver and skin rash or skin imbalances such as #rosacea #psoriasis #eczema and #acne is NOT talked about enough! More on this subject in the video…)
#3 I made a few changes to my diet but most specifically, I cut out dairy and gluten #inflammatory
#4 I simplified my skincare dramatically

And a bonus…
#6 I’m investing in testing (hormonal tests, SIBO test, heavy metal test, water test, blood test… More on that in the video)
