2. Transparency & Integrity
We only talk about and endorse products that we have tested and love. We never recommend anything unless our Founder — Caroline Frenette — has put her stamp of approval on it (and she’s quite picky). We only work with companies and brands that are fully transparent about the ingredients they use (all ingredients must be non-toxic), prioritize sustainability and share similar values of respect for our beautiful planet.
3. Affiliates & Products For Sale
While we occasionally do affiliate partnerships (that’s when we get paid a small commission if you purchase a partner’s product through our affiliate links), a lot of the products we recommend are not sponsored nor are they brand affiliations.
We simply like sharing clean, non-toxic products that have made a difference for our skin and our well-being.
Caroline will also occasionally share how essential oils have positively impacted her skin and her life. As a Wellness Advocate for doTERRA, this (as well as brand partnerships and paid group programs created for the community) is how she is able to make the Journey To Glow podcast and content on this site free for you to enjoy.
Please note that although we do a fair amount of research before sharing a product or brand, it is your responsibility as a smart Glowing Goddess to do your own research and rely on your own judgment. Please read our disclaimers to avoid any misunderstandings. Ultimately, the power is in your own hands.
4. Free Content & Marketing Our Paid Programs
There’s a lot of work that goes into producing free content (countless hours really) and we pour our heart and Soul into everything we do.
Don’t begrudge us for monetizing this passion project called Journey To Glow.
Marketing our paid programs, product partnerships and sponsorships is what allows us to feed our families, give back to communities in need and continue to provide you with expert interviews via the podcast free of charge.

At Journey To Glow, we use our platform to highlight the work of heart-centered people who dedicate their time and energy working for some of the world’s most effective non-profits.

Battling acne, psoriasis, eczema or rosacea is not easy, and trying to decipher the enormous amount of often-contradictory information on the internet can be frustrating.
Journey To Glow was created to provide loving, non-judgmental and inspiring support as well as high-quality information to a community of women who desire to feel empowered on their journey to glow.
On this website and on all our social media platforms, we welcome and value your comments, feedback and stories.
We will not tolerate trolls and mean-spirited, dishonest behavior. That also extends to any practice of ageism, racism or sexism born from bigotry and hate.
Our intention is to provide a safe and sacred space for all us to learn and grow from a place of compassion and love. You can rest assured that we will boot out anyone who doesn’t honour our code of conduct or is disrespectful to our community members.
